Job summary

PT Keyence Indonesia is seeking an energetic trainee-focused professional to join our training team in Cikarang. You will train new and experienced sales staff, support customers with technical queries on Keyence products, and participate in seminars to explain product capabilities.

• Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience maximum.
• Diploma 3 from an Engineering background is required.
• Able to communicate in English both written and oral.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize diverse tasks for timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to new sales staff.
• Provide advanced training for experienced sales staff.
• Support salespersons and customers with technical queries on Keyence products.
• Participate in seminars to explain Keyence products and functions.
• Provide consultations to maximize product performance for customers.
• Provide initial training to customers on all Keyence products.
• Offer after-sales support and resolve client problems.

Your Role and daily duties will be as follows:

Provide training to new sales staff

To put advanced training for Experienced sales staff

Support salesperson and customer for any technical queries on Keyence Product

Participates in seminar to explain about Keyence product and function

Provide consultation to customer to maximize product performance

Provide first training to customer purchased product for all Keyence products

Offering after sales support service, solving client problem.

Salary package starting from Rp. 8,500,000
