Job summary

KEYENCE CORPORATION in Indonesia seeks a motivated trainee to support sales and technical training activities. Fresh graduates with up to 1 year of experience are invited to join a dynamic, international environment with start in December 2026 and locations in South Jakarta and Cikarang.

You will provide training, support customers with technical queries, participate in product seminars, and help maximize product performance.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of experience.
• Minimum Diploma 3 from Electrical Engineering / Engineering Physics / Mechatronics / Robotics.
• Able to communicate in English both written and oral.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill.
• Ability to organize and prioritize diverse set of tasks and activities for timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to new sales staff.
• To put advanced training for Experienced sales staff.
• Support salesperson and customer for any technical queries on Keyence Product.
• Participates in seminar to explain about Keyence product and function.
• Provide consultation to customer to maximize product performance.
• Provide first training to customer purchased product for all Keyence products.
• Offering after sales support service, solving client problem.
