PT Keyence Indonesia is seeking a motivated entry-level salesperson to start a career in a dynamic, international environment. Fresh graduates (0–1 year) with a Diploma 3 from any major are welcome; English communication is required; willing to be placed in Jakarta or Cikarang.

You will learn from experienced salespeople, develop sales skills through real-life examples, find leads, and manage full sales cycles from discovery to closing.

Job description

Qualification:

Fresh graduate without experience or maximum 1 years’ experience

Minimum Diploma 3 from any majors

Able to communicate in English both written and oral

Strong communication, presentation, and Interpersonal skill Ability to organize and prioritize diverse set of tasks and activities for timely completion

Willing to be placed in Jakarta and Cikarang Office

Available to start join in December 2026

Responsibilities & Duty :

Responsible for attaining individual target

Develop a thorough understanding of Keyence product and application.

Work with experienced salespeople to develop sales skill through real life examples and role play

Find and follow up leads and schedule new business opportunities

Provide technical consultation and service to customer to help solving their application using Keyence’s Product

Working in full sales cycle: discover, develop, propose, negotiate, and closing

Travel to customer location and work in a wide variety of manufacturing environment

Understand what customer need and have good respond with customer request

Deliver growth in market share within assigned sales territory

Attending team meeting and training session with colleagues to improve sales skill & technical knowledge on product applications.
