Job summary

PT Kreasi Kosmetika Indonesia, a Cosmax Indonesia subsidiary, seeks a Technical Sales specialist for the food and supplement portfolio. Based in South Jakarta, you will apply deep knowledge of ingredients, formulations, and BPOM requirements to propose technical solutions and support product development.

You will collaborate with R&I, Regulatory Affairs, Production, and Sales to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and present in English. Offline interviews may be conducted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Indonesian food or supplement industry
• Hands-on experience in R&I, product development, or formulation of health supplement products
• Experience in technical sales or customer-facing technical support is preferred
• Strong understanding of health supplement ingredients, formulations, dosage forms, and product development processes
• Ability to provide technical recommendations and communicate effectively with customers
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including R&I, Regulatory Affairs, Production, and Sales
• Good knowledge of the Indonesian food, supplement, and traditional medicine market and BPOM-related product requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Understand the Indonesian food supplement market and ensure product solutions comply with BPOM requirements
• Support new product development and product formulation based on market trends and customer requirements
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers professionally in English
• Manage multiple customer accounts or projects simultaneously
