Job summary

PT Kreasi Kosmetika Indonesia (KKI) seeks a technically skilled health‑supplement specialist based at Cibis Nine, 18th Floor, TB Simatupang, South Jakarta. Responsibilities include identifying new clients, giving technical recommendations on ingredients and formulations, and supporting sales with a solution‑based approach while ensuring BPOM compliance.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in the Indonesian health supplement industry; interviews are offline at Marketing Office or Head

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Indonesian food or supplement industry.
• Hands-on experience in R&I, product development, or formulation of health supplement products.
• Experience in technical sales or customer-facing technical support preferred.
• Strong understanding of health supplement ingredients, formulations, and BPOM requirements.
• Excellent English communication and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients to expand business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Provide technical recommendations related to ingredients, formulations, and dosage forms.
• Support the sales process with a technical and solution-based approach.
• Handle customer technical inquiries with accurate solutions.
• Collaborate with R&I, Regulatory Affairs, and Production.
• Ensure product solutions comply with BPOM requirements.
• Support new product development and formulation based on market trends.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations in English.
