Filtec Group, a leading provider of industrial filtration solutions and engineering products, seeks a proactive Sales Engineer to drive technical sales and business development across manufacturing, power, oil & gas, mining, and related sectors. You will translate customer needs into practical industrial solutions and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Mechatronics, Electrical or related Engineering field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Business Development, Industrial Sales or similar roles.
Experience selling industrial equipment, filtration systems, compressors, HVAC, hydraulic systems, dust collection or heavy equipment components is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and industrial customer environments.
Ability to translate customer requirements into product and commercial solutions.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and business objectives.
Identify, approach, and develop new customers across industrial sectors.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, including manufacturers, power plants, oil & gas, mining, and heavy equipment industries.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable industrial products and engineering solutions.
Present and promote company products and capabilities to customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, commercial offers, and product presentations.
Coordinate with Product, Technical, Engineering, and internal teams to meet specifications.
Conduct customer visits, meetings, and site surveys to identify projects.
Follow up on quotations and purchase orders to convert opportunities.
Maintain sales pipeline, customer database, and regular activity reports.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Negotiate pricing and terms to maintain profitability.
Support project development and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and principals.
Achieve KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction through cross-functional coordination.
