Job summary

Sefas Group in Indonesia is seeking a Technical Engineer to bridge our products and customers. You will provide expert advice, recommend solutions, answer technical queries, and collaborate with the sales team to deliver the best options for customers.

You will conduct product demonstrations, support the sales process with in-depth technical knowledge, and document customer interactions. You will help identify upsell opportunities and contribute to product improvement based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 1 year of experience as a technical professional in an industrial setting or in technical sales (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Experience in industrial sales is preferable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in customer presentations.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Possess a valid driving license (SIM C and SIM A).

Responsibilities

• Providing technical assistance and product recommendations to customers.
• Supporting the sales team with technical product knowledge during the sales process.
• Troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues for customers.
• Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Documenting customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Participating in product development and improvement based on customer insights.
• Maintaining knowledge of the latest industry trends and product updates.
