Job summary

Sefas Group in Indonesia seeks a Sales Engineer to drive growth by combining technical expertise with sales skills. You will provide product recommendations, conduct demonstrations, and manage complex negotiations with senior executives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, at least 2 years in technical/industrial sales, and proficiency with Google Workspace. You will build long-term customer relationships and maintain the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or industrial sales.
Proficient with Google Workspace.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in delivering customer presentations.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Able to communicate across functions and levels within the customer organization.
Must have a valid driving license (SIM C & SIM A).

Responsibilities

Provide product recommendations and technical specifications to customers.
Utilize technical knowledge to support sales, offer consultations, and conduct product demonstrations.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
