Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Strong interest in technical sales or application engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and a team player.
• Having a valid SIM A & SIM C is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Learn product knowledge, applications, and industry sectors served by the Company.
• Assist the technical and sales teams in product recommendations and customer support.
• Support customer visits, product trials, and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing technical data and laboratory results.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Support presales and after-sales service activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide technical solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
