Job summary

Flex is seeking a Technical Project Manager in Batam to manage Transfer Product Project for SpinCo, ensuring on-time delivery and quality as the company spins off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will coordinate readiness for production, prepare documentation, and escalate risks while driving process improvements across the line organization.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
• Good knowledge on Production knowledge and Quality knowledge
• Good knowledge in English language, both in speaking and writing
• Good team work and cooperation
• Good skill in project related tools and quality related tools

Responsibilities

• Carry out effectively and efficiently all tasks and activities assigned to this position
• Continuously develop competence to improve the quality and efficiency for project management work
• Follow up policies, procedures and company standards in daily work
• Prepare, collect and distribute related project documentation according to process
• Regularly report TPI Project status, highlight issues and escalate high risks
• Coordinate Production Readiness for TPI product and line qualification
• Deliver Producibility report and drive RCCA for test runs
• Closely work with lead site TPM to secure on‑time delivery according to project plan with good quality
• Secure project deliverables seamlessly to line organization
• Contribute to process establishment and optimization
