Job summary

Flex is seeking a Technical Project Manager based in Batam to drive transfer product projects, coordinate production readiness, and ensure timely handover to the line organization.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will develop project documentation, report status, manage risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical, manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years working experience in Project Management relevant position.
• Good knowledge on production processes and quality management.
• Good knowledge in English language, both in speaking and writing.
• Good team work and co-operation.
• Proficient in project-related and quality-related tools.

Responsibilities

• Carry out effectively and efficiently all tasks and activities assigned to this position.
• Continuously develop the competence to improve the quality and efficiency for the project management work.
• Follow up policies, procedures as well as company standard in daily work.
• Prepare/collect/distribute related project documentation according to process.
• Regularly report TPI Project status, highlight issues, escalation high risks.
• Coordinate Production Readiness for TPI product and line qualification.
• Deliver Producibility report, drive RCCA for test runs.
• Closely work with lead site TPM to Secure on time delivery according to project plan with good quality.
• Secure project deliverables seamless to line organization.
• Contribute to process establishment and optimization.
