If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Industrial Engineering Manager will be based in Batam. The role is responsible for managing a team of industrial engineers working on increasing productivity through the management of workers, methods of business organization, and technology to solve organizational, production, and related problems efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Manages a team of engineers and technicians to establish work measurement programs and evaluate work samples to develop standards for labor utilization.
• Evaluates staff utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to define efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
• Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing workflow, relocation work stations and equipment, and purchase of equipment.
• Production planning and control systems to coordinate activities and ensure product quality.
• Designs or improve systems for the physical distribution of goods and services, as well as defining the most efficient plant locations.
• Capacity management to meet customer demand
• Manage Capex related activities
• Continuous improvement on Space utilization , throughput, line balance, Cycle Time reduction etc by lead Kaizen/Lean projects and activities.

Qualifications:

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training. A Master's or MBA Degree is preferred.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of IE experience, including supervision.
• Good knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing
• Command good written and spoken English
• Good Power point presentation skills
• Good communication skills
