Job summary

Indocement, through its subsidiary PT Dian Abadi Perkasa (DAP), seeks a Civil Engineer to support sales through technical marketing and customer engagement. You will collaborate with the Sales team, build relationships with contractors and developers, and deliver technical trainings and product demonstrations.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree, knowledge of concrete technology, and at least two years of relevant experience, with travel nationwide as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with GPA 3.00 or higher.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autodesk software.
• Strong knowledge of concrete technology and construction materials.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
• Minimum of two years' relevant experience preferred.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, project owners, industry associations, and other key construction stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit reports on technical marketing activities, customer engagement, training sessions, and market feedback.
• Communicate product specifications, features, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers, contractors, consultants, and other construction industry stakeholders.
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver technical training sessions for masons, contractors, project owners, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Provide technical consultation and recommend appropriate product applications and solutions to meet customer and project requirements.

Qualification
