PT Citec Engineering Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to help lead our Mining, EPC Marketing, and Estimator teams. You will drive lead generation, tendering, pricing, and client relationships, ensuring consistency across all three groups.

You will support strategy setting, supervise team leaders, and help manage the project lead pipeline and bid submissions. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Mining) or Business.
• 5+ years in EPC sales, business development, or tender management, incl. 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record managing tenders and closing EPC projects.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

Assist the Marketing Manager in leading our Mining, EPC Marketing, and Estimator teams. You will help keep lead generation, tendering, pricing, and client relationships sharp and consistent across all three.

Responsibilities

Assist in setting sales and marketing strategies for EPC and mining projects

Support the supervisors of Mining, EPC Marketing, and Estimator teams and help track team performance

Assist in overseeing the project lead pipeline and review proposals and tenders before submission

Coordinate pricing between marketing teams and Estimators; assist in negotiating prices, terms, and margins within approved authority

Review and negotiate contracts with clients

Provide recommendations on accepting or declining orders and tenders

Help track payment terms with the Project Department

Assist in managing key client relationships

Prepare consolidated monthly sales and bid reports

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Mining, or related) or Business

5+ years in EPC sales, business development, or tender management, including 3+ years in a leadership role

Proven track record managing tenders and closing EPC projects

Strong negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills

Fluent business-level English and Indonesian

Familiar with MS Project, AutoCAD (or similar), and Excel

Nice to Have

Mining industry experience and network

Experience on large-scale projects (plants, factories, high-rise, mining facilities)
