Job summary

Indocement, through its subsidiary PT Dian Abadi Perkasa (DAP), seeks a Civil Engineer to support sales through technical marketing and customer engagement. You will collaborate with the Sales team, build relationships with contractors and developers, and deliver technical trainings and product demonstrations.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree, knowledge of concrete technology, and at least two years of relevant experience, with travel nationwide as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with GPA 3.00 or higher.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autodesk software.
• Strong knowledge of concrete technology and construction materials.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
• Minimum of two years' relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to support market penetration and growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
• Prepare and submit reports on marketing activities and market feedback.
• Communicate product specifications and advantages to stakeholders.
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver technical trainings.
• Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable product applications.
