remotepeople seeks a Technical Lead to oversee solar PV projects in Indonesia. You will review tender documents, assess technical clauses, and provide professional recommendations while coordinating with EPC partners and design teams.

You will liaise with the Group HQ in China to ensure alignment on technical standards and project execution across overseas initiatives, and you’ll manage documentation and technical communications for international projects.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; track record of solar PV technical support.
• Familiar with full cycle of solar plant electrical design, EPC coordination, and tender technical review.
• Strong collaboration skills; able to independently complete project technical reviews and discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Review the technical sections of tender/bid documents; analyze technical clauses and provide recommendations.
• Liaise with EPC partners; review the overall electrical design of solar PV projects.
• Coordinate with Construction Management Department and Group HQ New Energy to complete full-cycle technical review for each project.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a complete track record of technical support on solar PV projects.
• Familiar with the full cycle of solar plant electrical design, EPC coordination, and tender/bid technical review.
• Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills; able to independently complete project technical review and solution discussions.
