Job summary

PT Space Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to supervise and coordinate electrical engineering and site activities for project execution, focusing on EPC power plant projects across Indonesia.

The role requires reviewing electrical drawings, SLDs, wiring diagrams and BOQ, preparing cost estimates, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards and quality, and coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of electrical engineering experience, preferably in EPC or solar power projects.
• Experience reading electrical drawings, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical engineering activities throughout project planning and execution.
• Review, verify, and evaluate electrical drawings, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and other technical documents.
• Prepare and validate BOQ, work volume calculations, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Provide technical recommendations and solutions to support project execution.
• Monitor electrical installation, testing, and commissioning for compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor quality, HSE compliance, schedules, and technical performance.
• Identify issues and risks, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering and site teams.

PT Space Technology is a long-established engineering and manufacturing company specializing in Mechanical–Electrical solutions and EPC power plant projects across multiple sectors in Indonesia. We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to supervise and coordinate electrical engineering and site activities for project execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, preferably in EPC projects, Solar Power Plant (PLTS), or other power generation projects.

Strong experience in electrical engineering, project execution, and site/field coordination.

Proficient in reading, interpreting, and reviewing electrical drawings, SLD, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.

Experienced in preparing and reviewing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), work volume calculations, technical reports, and cost estimates.

Able to review engineering designs and ensure electrical work implementation meets technical specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards.

Experienced in supervising and coordinating electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.

Strong technical problem-solving, leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.

Willing to work at project sites when required. Jabodetabek domicile is preferred.
