Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking an experienced technical professional to support Photovoltaics and Data Center projects in Jakarta. You will manage implementation from planning and design to delivery and acceptance, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure quality and on-time results.

You will engage with EPC partners, monitor progress, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding industry standards and the company’s service excellence.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering or related major.
• 2+ years in Solar Photovoltaics or Data Center facilities.
• Familiar with Indonesian electrical standards and certifications.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Support photovoltaics and data center technical teams across project delivery.
• Oversee project implementation from pre-sales to final acceptance.
• Communicate between customer and internal teams and handle service issues.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with vendors.
• Audit service quality and improve processes.

Job description

Work and support Photovoltaics/Data Center Technical Team, managing implementation schedule, and project delivery quality

Handle communication service interaction between customer and internal team, repair and reporting related to service issue.

Maintains strong relationship with customer and third-party vendors and ensure customers satisfaction.

Maintain a strong working knowledge of all industry standard and practice as well as the company’s product and services

Understand and interpret the Statement of Work (SOW) and customer requirements to develop or contribute to Photovoltaics/Data Center project delivery plans and technical solutions. Oversee and manage project implementation from end to end, taking full responsibility for the project lifecycle—spanning pre-sales solution design, execution, and final acceptance of the company's Photovoltaics/Data Center systems.

Directing and delegating service task (but not limited) to partner or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team’s objective and sales goals are met.

Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customers relationship and ensure repeat customers

Resolving service desk problems and improve service methods to increase the service desk’s productivity and customer service

Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues

Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company’s high standards. Efficiency, and productivity goal are met

Requirement:

Education backgroud : Electrical engineering or other related major

More than 2+ year’s Experience Solar Photovoltaics/Data Center facility construction, design and operation technical background experience.

Familiar with the local municipal electrical technical standards, construction acceptance standards, test requirements, and certification application process of Indonesia.

Fluent English and Indonesian
