Job summary

Seifertech is seeking a Site Engineer to lead on-site construction activities across utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects in Indonesia. You will ensure construction quality, safety, and schedule adherence, supervising civil and electrical works while coordinating with subcontractors and the PMO.

The role requires a Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering degree and a minimum of 3 years’ site experience, with ISO 9001/HSE knowledge and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of construction site experience, preferably in renewable energy or power infrastructure.
• Experience supervising civil works (earthworks, concrete, structural) and/or electrical installation.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, HSE regulations (SMK3), and environmental compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (civil, structural, electrical).
• AHK3 (Safety Officer) certification or willingness to obtain within first year.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities including earthworks, foundations, structural steel, module mounting, and electrical installation.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring construction compliance with design intent and technical specs.
• Conduct daily site inspections and quality control, maintain records and non-conformance reports.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities, manage work sequences, and resolve on-site technical issues in real-time.
• Enforce HSE protocols on site, lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and investigations.
• Track progress against baseline schedule; report variances and implement recovery plans.
• Manage site logistics including material receiving, storage, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with PMO for progress reporting, change orders, and commercial variations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities including earthworks, foundations, structural steel, module mounting, and electrical installation
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring construction compliance with design intent and technical specifications
• Conduct daily site inspections and quality control checks; maintain inspection records and non-conformance reports
• Coordinate subcontractor activities, manage work sequences, and resolve on-site technical issues in real-time
• Enforce HSE protocols on site, conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and incident investigations
• Track construction progress against the baseline schedule; report variances and implement recovery plans
• Manage site logistics including material receiving, storage, and inventory control

• Willingness to be deployed to project sites across Indonesia for extended periods
