ABB Motion Service MOSE in Indonesia seeks a Customer Operations professional to provide technical, order, and payment-related support to internal and external customers. The role is hybrid, supporting Jakarta and Surabaya, reporting to the Customer Operation Manager.

You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve issues, keep customers informed, and analyze performance data to drive improvements. SAP experience is preferred and English/Indonesian fluency is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Sales Support, Customer Service, or related function.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proactive communication across sales, service, ops and customers.
• Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and support decisions.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, SCM and other teams to resolve customer issues.
• Propose solutions and ensure end-to-end handling of requests.
• Keep customers informed on issue status and clarify doubts.
• Prepare and analyze regular statistics and share insights with management.
