Job summary

ABB Motion Service Division in Indonesia is seeking an experienced sales-oriented engineer to support engineering activities across projects, aligning with quality, safety, and cybersecurity standards. You will work hybrid, interact with customers, and help grow the digital solutions footprint in the Indonesian market.

You will collaborate with senior engineers to analyze data, prepare project deliverables, and participate in workshops to advance engineering design and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical, Physics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in digital solutions, industrial automation, electrification, energy management, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering activities on projects of varying sizes under senior supervision.
• Collect data and assist in producing engineering design documentation.
• Assist customers on technical issues and engage with stakeholders.
• Communicate on assignments and participate in workshops related to engineering design, tools, and processes.
