Job summary
ABB Motion is seeking a technically skilled sales professional in Indonesia to lead the sale of MOHP, large motors and system drives. You will build strong customer and partner relationships, identify new market opportunities, and deliver value-driven solutions that improve productivity and sustainability.
You will drive commercial activities, support market development, and work across cross-functional teams to meet ABB's strategic objectives while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in industrial technical sales or business development.
- Experience with electric motors, drives or power transmission products.
- Strong knowledge of motor applications and energy efficiency solutions.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken.
- Willing to travel extensively across East Indonesia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of ABB Motion High Performance Motors (MOHP), Large Motors and System Drives in Indonesia.
- Develop and maintain strong customer and partner relationships to grow market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Support market development activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
