Job summary

ATW Solar Indonesia is seeking a Technical Commercial professional to join our EPC operations. You will conduct site surveys with engineers to ensure equipment meets system requirements and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver robust project proposals.

You will negotiate with customers, maintain strong client relationships, organize bidding documentation, and support marketing activities to drive solar energy solutions across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia for project duties.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Passion for solar energy industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys with Engineers to confirm equipment meets system requirements.
• Coordinate and negotiate with internal teams and external customers to fulfill project needs.
• Prepare commercial proposals with technical justification.
• Negotiate and close deals with prospective customers.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with customers.
• Organize internal bidding documents and support marketing activities.

Our subsidiary company, ATW Solar Indonesia is looking for Technical Commercial, that will grow with us by :

• Conduct site survey with Engineers to ensure equipment meets the system requirements
• Coordinate and negotiate with internal parties (engineering, project, and finance) and external parties (prospective customers, partners) to fulfil project needs
• Prepare commercial proposal with technical justification
• Negotiate and deal with prospective customers
• Manage and maintain good relationship with customers
• Organize internal documents for bidding purpose
• Support marketing activities

Requirements

• Have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering Major
• Highly assertive with strong negotiation & interpersonal skill
• Willing to travel all around Indonesia
• Passionate in Solar Energy industry
• Fluent in written and verbal english
