Job summary

Triputra Visi Energi is seeking a Legal Intern to learn and contribute to regulatory research, licensing reviews, and drafting standard agreements. The role offers exposure to multiple business units within the Triputra Group through TRIVE, the subsidiary.

You will conduct KYC checks, manage the legal database, and coordinate with notaries and advisers to support company activities.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final year student in law.
• Experience drafting agreements and conducting legal research.
• Participation in national or international competitions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on regulations affecting business activities.
• Review regulations related to licensing processes.
• Review/draft standard company agreements.
• Conduct KYC review of vendor/supplier/customer legality data.

We are looking for Legal Intern that will grow with us by :

• Conduct research on regulations related to business activities and new regulations that impact business activities
• Provide a review of regulations related to the licensing process owned or required by Triputra Visi Energi
• Reviewing/drafting standard agreements that are routinely made by the company
• Conduct KYC review of vendor/supplier/customer legality data
• Manage legal database input
• Coordinate with third parties (notaries, legal advisers) if necessary

Requirements

• Fresh graduate/last year student from law major
• Having experience in drafting agreement/writing legal research and participating in national/international competitions
• Fast respond, good attention to detail skill, and discipline
