Job summary

Rich Products Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Technical Advisor - Baker to support bakery customers by demonstrating Rich's product usage, developing recipes, and ensuring product excellence in applications.

You will train bakers, sales teams, and clients, travel to regional customer sites, and collaborate with internal teams to support innovation and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Baking Technology, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• 1–3 years bakery experience in production or technical role.
• Willingness to travel to support regional customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Rich bakery product usage in customer trials.
• Create and adapt bakery recipes based on customer segment and preferences.
• Conduct technical training for bakers, sales teams, or clients.
• Serve as a technical expert in resolving product issues and improvements.
• Support new product development and go-to-market initiatives.
• Gather field insights to contribute to R&D and product refinement.
• Engage in technical workshops, bakery expos, and training sessions.

Requirements :

• Knowledge of product behavior in different bakery processes
• Experience in customer-facing demonstrations preferred
• Mobility to support regional customer needs
