Job summary

Rich Products Corporation Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Production Shift Leader to supervise production activities across shifts, ensure targets and safety standards, and coordinate with maintenance. You will champion TPM and autonomous maintenance while maintaining housekeeping and compliance with SOPs.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Bachelor's in Food Technology or Industrial Engineering with 2–3 years in food manufacturing, strong leadership, and problem-solving skills, plus familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in Food Technology or Industrial Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in food manufacturing, at least supervisory role.
• Knowledge of GMP/HACCP and food safety standards.
• Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities during shifts.
• Ensure production output meets targets, quality and food safety standards.
• Monitor and control production processes in accordance with SOPs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance.
• Implement and sustain TPM activities, including autonomous maintenance.
• Ensure housekeeping and adherence to safety regulations.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP)
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with OEE (Overral Equipment Effectiveness) monitoring
• Target oriented and attention to details
• Leadership and team collaboration
• Problem-solving and adaptability

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate production activities during assigned shifts
• Ensure production output meets targets, quality and food safety standards
