Job summary

Golden Agri Resources is seeking a candid, detail-oriented professional to develop relationships with distributors and customers through regular visits and events. You will lead marketing activities such as free tastings, bazaars, and cooking demos, and provide technical service and baking demonstrations during client visits.

The role also involves supporting product development by testing applications and offering informed feedback on SMART product innovations based on results, with placement

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in Culinary, Baking and Pastry, Management or related.
• Vocational training or baking coursework advantageous.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to create visually appealing displays of baked goods.
• Knowledge of food and health industry regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with distributors and customers by visiting regularly and through events.
• Develop ideas and relationships for marketing events (Free Taste, Bazaar, Baking / Cooking Demos and new recipe applications).
• Provide technical service and baking demos of products application through regular visits to the customer.
• Support product development function: Continuously test the product and its application.
• Provide ideas / feedback on SMART product development based on test results.
