Job summary

PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa (BHp) is seeking an IT Recruitment Specialist to attract and screen candidates for IT roles. You will manage job postings, run initial interviews, and coordinate assessments and references while maintaining a candidate database and collaborating with HR to finalize hires.

The role requires knowledge of psychometric tests, strong communication, and the ability to learn IT software concepts such as Python, .NET, and Java. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Psychology, CS, or equivalent.
• 2+ years IT recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of psychometric tests and interview skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to learn IT software products such as Python, .NET, Java.

Responsibilities

• Write and post job descriptions on job boards and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess skills and experience.
• Administer pre-employment assessments/tests.
• Check references and perform background checks.
• Maintain candidate database for active employees and prospects.
• Collaborate with HR Recruitment to submit documents for hiring.
• Provide administrative support for new employees in internal departments.

Job description

Writing and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms also collaboration with HR Recruitment to get the potential candidate.

Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates skill & experiences

Administering pre-employment assessments or tests.

Checking references and conducting background checks on potential hires.

Manage database from active employee in project and potential candidates.

Collaboration with HR Recruitment to submit documents hiring.

Administrative for new employee in internal Dept.

Requirement:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Experience as a recruiter in IT industry minimum 2 years (will be advantage)

Have knowledge about psychological test and interview skill.

Have good interpersonal and communication skill, energetic, high motivated, result oriented, good intiative, able to work under-pressure, and proficient in computer operation.

Willing to learn new things related to IT software product such as python, .Net, Java, etc. (experienced on Tech or IT is preferable)

English language skill (Mandarin is advantage).
