Job summary

Tentang Anak seeks a Senior Technical Lead to drive engineering excellence while mentoring a growing team. You will guide system design for monolithic and microservices architectures, ensure scalable, secure solutions, and maintain code quality through rigorous reviews.

You will partner with Product, Design and QA to ship valuable features rapidly, balance technical debt with delivery, and foster a product engineering mindset across engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years backend or full-stack engineering in product environments.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers in a team setting.
• Hands-on with code while providing technical leadership.
• Strong knowledge of system design including microservices, performance tuning, monitoring, and secure architecture.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with hands-on code development and guide system design and architecture.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust systems (monolithic and microservices).
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and security across solutions.
• Conduct thorough, high-standard code reviews to uphold best practices.
• mentor engineers and foster product thinking across the team.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA to deliver features quickly without sacrificing quality.
