Job summary

Techconnect in Tangerang, Indonesia seeks an Senior frontend engineer to lead architecture, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. Based onsite at our BSD location, you will define standards, tooling choices, and long-term direction across multiple product lines.

You will mentor engineers, review code, and drive best practices while collaborating with Product, Design, and Backend teams to ensure high-quality, performant user experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on frontend engineering, shipping production-grade web apps.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Proven mastery of React.js (primary) or Vue.js/Angular with advanced patterns.
• Experience with state management solutions and modern frontend tooling.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, and delivery of scalable web apps across product lines.
• Define frontend standards, tooling, and long-term technical direction.
• Mentor mid and junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices.
• Collaborate across frontend, backend, design, and QA for end-to-end UX.
