PT Heritage Amanah International is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to steer technical architecture, engineering strategy, and software delivery for a growing digital platform. You will mentor the team, set coding standards, and partner with product and business stakeholders to translate objectives into robust technology solutions.

The role requires shaping architecture, leading engineering, and driving Agile practices to ensure scalable, reliable delivery across web, backend, and mobile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 6–8 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and scalable practices.
• Hands-on with modern web/backend/mobile stacks and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and ability to translate business needs into technical direction.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills; experience with Agile/Scrum.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical architecture, system design, and engineering roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the performance and development of the engineering team.
• Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders on scoping, requirements, and delivery planning.
• Make key decisions on technology stacks, development tools, and infrastructure.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices to support efficient and predictable delivery.
