Job summary

Techconnect.id is seeking a Senior Frontend Architect to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable web applications across multiple product lines. You will strategize the frontend roadmap with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership and authorize key frontend decisions.

You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, accessible, and performant user experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on frontend experience in production-grade apps.
• Proficient in React.js (preferred) or Vue/Angular with SSR & code splitting.
• Experience with state management and modern build tools.
• Strong testing practices (Jest/Cypress/Playwright).

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture, roadmap, and standards.
• Mentor mid and junior engineers.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.
• Evaluate and adopt frontend technologies for quality and performance.
• Plan delivery milestones and surface risks.
