Job summary

The role requires shaping architecture, leading engineering, and driving Agile practices to ensure scalable, reliable delivery across web, backend, and mobile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 6–8 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and scalable practices.
• Hands-on with modern web/backend/mobile stacks and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and ability to translate business needs into technical direction.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills; experience with Agile/Scrum.

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical architecture, engineering strategy, and software delivery for our growing digital platform. This role will lead and mentor the engineering team, establish coding standards, ensure system scalability and reliability, and collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own the technical architecture, system design, and engineering roadmap.

Lead, mentor, and manage the performance and development of the engineering team.

Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices and coding standards.

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders on project scoping, technical requirements, and delivery planning.

Make key decisions regarding technology stacks, development tools, and infrastructure.

Ensure code quality, system scalability, performance, and reliability.

Identify and manage technical risks, resolve engineering challenges, and elevate critical issues when necessary.

Drive Agile/Scrum development practices to support efficient and predictable software delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 6–8 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.

Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and scalable engineering practices.

Hands‑on experience with modern web, backend, and/or mobile technology stacks, as well as cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams.

Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into technical direction.

Experience working with Agile/Scrum development frameworks.
