Zusammenfassung

Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging (DEI) Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Area Manager to oversee photography and sales operations across six resort locations in South Badung, Bali. Based on Bali, you will lead multi-site teams, drive revenue growth, monitor P&L, and ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with DEI standards.

You will build strong relationships with resort management and partners, report performance, and travel between sites as needed.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in hospitality, resort operations, or sales-driven roles.
At least 2 years in supervisory/managerial role.
Experience managing multiple locations is a plus.
Strong budgeting, cost control, and P&L understanding.
Fluent English, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to relocate to Bali and travel between locations.
