PT Accor Advantageplus is seeking a dynamic Team Leader – Sales in Jakarta to drive telesales performance. You will coach a diverse team, monitor daily targets, and ensure compliant, high-quality call execution in a fast-paced market.

You will lead by example, develop team capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize sales processes and outcomes.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Sales to lead our Telesales Marketing / Loyalty Sales Consultant team in Jakarta. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching team members, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved.

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales consultants to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in a competitive market

Drive and sustain high sales performance while adapting to changing market conditions and customer expectations

Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse sales team through regular feedback, performance reviews, and improvement plans

Monitor individual and team performance, providing real-time coaching to improve results and call quality

Ensure all sales calls meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and company policies

Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, techniques, and team effectiveness

Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales or telesales environment, with prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role

Strong coaching, people management, and performance management skills

Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and performance data

Experience in call quality monitoring, compliance, and sales process improvement

Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer expectations

Strong problem-solving skills, including handling escalated customer concerns
