PT SAMOTO MEGA TEKNOLOGI is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and expand the company’s marketing network. The role focuses on both B2B and individual customers, with emphasis on developing new clients and maintaining strong relationships.

You will conduct product presentations, negotiate terms, and implement marketing strategies to increase market share. A background in sales, strong communication, and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work individually and within a team.
• Possession of driving license A/C and willingness to conduct work visits is an added value.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct sales activities for company products to customers, both individuals and companies (B2B)
• Search for and develop new customers while maintaining good relationships with existing customers
• Conduct visits and product presentations to prospective customers, distributors, dealers, and business partners
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and expand market share
• Follow up on offers, conduct negotiations, and monitor transaction processes until sales agreements are reached
• Analyze market needs, competitor activities, and business opportunities
• Create reports on sales activities and target achievements on a regular basis
