Job summary

PT. ADVANCED TECH INDONESIA seeks a Marketing Leader to shape and drive our growth. The role focuses on expanding brand presence and market penetration in B2B and B2G segments, while developing new business opportunities across corporate, government, and educational sectors.

You will establish KPIs, build a robust prospect database, and guide campaigns for All-in-One PCs, custom computers, laptops, and interactive smart boards. Strong analytics and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, or Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, business development, or related managerial role.
• Experience in B2B marketing and/or B2G market development is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with independent recommendations.
• Ability to identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and build a sustainable customer network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and growth in B2B and B2G segments.
• Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities across corporate, government, education, and other sectors.
• Establish measurable KPIs for new customers, qualified leads, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.
• Build and expand an independent database of potential customers and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide strategic marketing recommendations supported by data analysis and market insights.
• Develop campaigns and acquisition strategies tailored to products including PCs, laptops, and smart boards.
• Identify government procurement opportunities and coordinate with sales teams.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and report findings with recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and management to align marketing with revenue goals.
