Job summary

President University is seeking a talent management and recruitment professional to design competency-based assessments and oversee performance reviews and succession planning. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic roles and partner with faculty to forecast workforce needs.

Efficient HR processes and a robust local/international talent pipeline will be critical, along with strong communication skills and a proactive, adaptable mindset in a fast-paced university

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, HR, Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in talent management and/or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes and assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in higher education or multinational environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement talent management initiatives (performance review, succession planning, and competency based assessment) for talent mapping.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering) for academic and non-academic roles.
• Collaborate with faculty leaders and internal stakeholders to identify strategic workforce needs.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline (local and international candidates).
• Support employee development and engagement programs.
• Ensure HR processes are executed efficiently and aligned with institutional standards.
