Job summary

Techconnect.id is seeking a Strategic Talent Management professional to design talent for the future while managing current talent BAU. You will translate business strategy into future talent and leadership requirements across the group.

Lead future skill taxonomy, pipeline readiness, and strategic workforce shaping across APAC markets. Expect collaboration with HR and business leaders to build vs buy decisions and define critical roles.

• 8–12 years of progressive HR/talent management experience.

Job description

Strategic Talent Management Foresight. Designing Talent for the Future whilst managing the talent for the present is treated as BAU. Architect and deliver a future-ready talent by translating business strategy into future talent & leadership requirements.

Group wide talent foresight enabling 1,000+ employees across 20+ companies and 6 APAC markets to internally fulfil the opening, identify the right fit for future talent, to be able to grow the business growth.

1.Own the future skill taxonomy.

2.Pipeline readiness model: who is on track vs off track, and why.

3.Strategic workforce shaping: critical role definition, build vs buy decision.

4.Business strategy translation: turn 3-5 years business plan into talent brief.

• 8-12 yrs progressive HR/talent management experience; ≥3-5 yrs at manager/senior specialist level
• Proven track record in Group-wide talent management and future skill architecture
• Future skill and leadership architecture development
• APAC multi-country L&D exposure is advantageous
• Full proficiency in Bahasa and English
• Min. Bachelor's (S1) in HR, STEM, Education; Masters an advantage
