Job summary

Solve Education is hiring an HR Executive, Talent Management in Medan to support talent attraction, onboarding, and employee relations in a growing startup. You will partner with stakeholders, design engagement surveys, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, or HR generalist roles.
• Experience with survey design, HR analytics, or related tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client hiring managers to map talent requirements and design sourcing strategies.
• Serve as main contact for candidates from outreach to offer negotiation.
• Design onboarding journeys and maintain onboarding resources.
• Conduct neutral fact-finding for employee relations and root-cause resolution.
