You will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with leaders on organizational design, and drive performance, engagement, and retention initiatives to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-lifecycle recruitment and HR business partnering in tech or digital environments.
• Strategic advisor to senior leaders on hiring and talent management.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, retention, and labor regulations.
• Proactive problem-solving balancing urgent hiring with long-term capability development.
• Excellent English and Indonesian communication across multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for assigned units.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and org design.
• Drive performance management, coaching and career mapping.
• Develop engagement and retention initiatives to foster high performance.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
• Provide data-driven insights on time-to-hire, turnover, and engagement metrics.
