Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding: manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection; coordinate onboarding for new hires.
• Employee relations: address and resolve employee relations matters; provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Performance management: support goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• HR data management: maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
• Employee engagement: develop initiatives to boost engagement, satisfaction, and retention; organize activities.
• Training & development: identify training needs and coordinate annual learning calendar.
