Job summary

CIMB Niaga in Indonesia seeks a dedicated professional to support the Head of Talent & Leadership Development in planning, executing, and continuously improving Talent Management and Leadership Development initiatives to strengthen leadership bench strength and support the Bank’s sustainable business growth.

You will help develop strategic plans, oversee talent calibration, succession planning, development programs, and learning journeys that build critical soft skills and strengthen employee

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans and roadmaps for Talent Management and Leadership Development, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s business strategy and HR direction.
• Lead the execution of Talent Management processes, including: Facilitating high-quality talent calibration processes
• Ensuring succession planning aligns with organizational needs
• Designing and monitoring effective development plans to enable successful succession
• Implementing leadership and soft skills development programs for identified talents
• Drive learning and development strategies focused on leadership and critical soft skills by: Developing learning program, including framework, learning journey, curriculum, syllabus and learning materials
• Managing the end-to-end implementation of learning programs
• Design and implement structured talent engagement and retention initiatives to strengthen employee commitment and reduce attrition among key talent segments.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Talent and Leadership Development initiatives, measuring impact and linking outcomes to business performance.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and tools related to Talent Management and Leadership Development to ensure governance, consistency, and continuous improvement.
