Job summary

Mustika Ratu is seeking a Talent Development Officer in Jakarta to design and implement employee development programs and coordinate training activities, both internal and external. The role supports TNA, IDPs, and succession planning, ensuring progress and reporting across departments.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years of Talent Development or HR experience, with strong communication, analytical, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, management, education or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or HR.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of competency development and talent management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HR systems/LMS beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee development programs.
• Organize and manage training activities, both internal and external.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Support IDPs for employees.
• Support competency assessment and succession planning processes.
• Support department leaders to identify capability gaps.
• Monitor training effectiveness and development progress.
• Prepare reports and evaluations related to talent development programs.
