Job summary

TechConnect is seeking an Assessment & Talent Analytics Specialist to support psychometric data management, interpretation, and development recommendations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align assessment results with talent strategies and leadership development initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in talent/psychological assessment, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with dashboard analytics and online assessment platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field.
Preference for Industrial & Organizational psychology specialization.
Minimum 5 years in talent/psychological assessment or related roles.
Experience with assessment analytics and leadership assessments.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end psychometric and leadership assessment processes.
Interpret assessment results and develop insights and development recommendations.
Prepare dashboards, summaries, and analytical reports for stakeholders.
Coordinate with users and internal stakeholders on assessment needs and timelines.
Support development of competency mapping and talent frameworks.
