Job summary

TechConnect is seeking an executive leader to drive HRIS and People Analytics strategy across the group, transforming HR into a digital, data-driven ecosystem while ensuring data governance and strong system adoption.

You will lead the transformation, oversee enterprise HR platforms, and build a high-performing team to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions across entities.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in HRIS, HR tech, or analytics.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading enterprise HRIS implementations, transformations, or optimizations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and their relationship with HR tech and data.
• Experience in large, multi-entity environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the group-wide HR technology and HRIS roadmap.
• Lead implementation, enhancement, integration, and optimization of HR platforms covering the employee lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes via workflow automation, self-service, AI.
• Drive data governance, system reliability, and single source of truth for workforce information.
• Establish and lead People Analytics, develop dashboards and analytics for HR indicators.
• Lead the HRIS and People Analytics team and governance models.
