Job summary

tiket.com is seeking an experienced recruiter to drive end-to-end talent acquisition in Indonesia. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, publish roles, and promote opportunities across platforms.

You will work closely with HR to maintain candidate databases and improve recruitment strategies while managing multiple hiring projects in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, in-house, agency or freelance, minimum 3 years.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects independently.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and job portals.
• Willing to work hybrid in office 3 days.

Your Main Duties In Flying With Us:

Talent Sourcing & Screening:

• Identify and source potential candidates through career site, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.

Candidate Coordination & Communication:

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Job Posting & Recruitment Marketing:

• Create and publish job postings on relevant platforms.
• Promote job opportunities via social media and professional networks.

Database & Applicant Tracking:

• Maintain and update candidate databases or ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Track recruitment progress and provide reports on hiring metrics.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with HR teams and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.
