Job summary

tiket.com is Indonesia's leading online travel agent, offering flights, accommodations and experiences across web and mobile platforms. We are seeking a proactive marketing copywriter-in-training to craft high-quality product descriptions and promotional copy for websites, social channels, emails, and Help Center articles.

You will collaborate with Product and Marketing Managers, help refine writing style guides, optimize listings with clear CTAs, and contribute to content audits and CMS tasks

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Language Studies, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong writing skills with clarity, conciseness, and persuasiveness.
• Familiarity with copywriting principles and techniques.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Experience with social media platforms is a plus.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality copy for diverse marketing channels, including website content, social media posts, email newsletters, Help Center articles, and ad-hoc internal projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product and Market Managers, to ensure messaging aligns with business goals and stakeholder needs.
• Assist the Commercial Copy Specialist in developing and refining writing style guides for products listed on tiket.com.
• Optimize product listing copy, including crafting compelling calls-to-action (CTAs) for banners, standardizing package naming, and writing clear, engaging descriptions.
• Actively contribute to content team initiatives, including location services maintenance, general content audits, wiki page management, and content database optimization
