Job summary

Krom in Jakarta Pusat seeks a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead full-cycle recruitment, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing selection schedules. You will partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hires.

You will maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS, ensure policy compliance, and provide weekly reports on recruitment metrics for management. The role requires proactive collaboration and strategic alignment with company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• 1-2 years' experience in full-cycle talent acquisition/recruitment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking to align processes with growth.

Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Executive within our HR & GA Division, you will execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent aligned with our evolving business needs. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Executing full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and managing selection schedules.
• Collaborating with various departments to understand business requirements and human resource planning.
• Ensuring all recruitment policies and relevant banking regulations are strictly followed.
• Managing candidate pipelines effectively using our applicant tracking system.
• Preparing weekly reports for management detailing recruitment status, candidate metrics, time-to-hire, and other key KPIs.
• Participating in both internal and external initiatives to drive recruitment productivity and enhance candidate engagement.

About You:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic talent acquisition professional who meets the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professionals with up to 1 - 2 year of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition or recruitment within a relevant industry.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment (from job posting to onboarding), handling both technical and non-technical roles.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, internal teams, and management, along with strategic thinking to align recruitment processes with company growth.
