Job summary

Forsch Medical (PT Dwiasri Graha) is expanding its recruitment team and seeks a Recruitment Staff to manage end-to-end hiring, from sourcing candidates to administering psychometric tests and presenting results to support decisions.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates across channels, coordinating interviews, administering and scoring psychometric tests, preparing assessment reports for hiring managers, and maintaining a robust talent pool with regular recruitment updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
• Minimum 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Familiar with a range of psychometric tools and able to administer, score, and interpret results independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to maintain candidate data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across multiple channels, screen CVs, and run the initial selection process according to job qualifications.
• Arrange interview schedules, manage candidate communication, and keep recruitment administration orderly and well-documented.
• Able to administer psychometric tests, score test results, and provide basic interpretations to support the candidate selection process.
• Conduct competency-based initial interviews and prepare candidate assessment reports for hiring managers and management.
• Coordinate with users/hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure recommended candidates match the job profile.
• Maintain the candidate database (talent pool) and prepare periodic recruitment reports on position fulfillment progress.
